Press LOOK/ degree /℉ button for 3 seconds at the same time under working mode, the current temperature will be locked, the temperature won't be changed by turning the knob button, and display LOC for locking temperature. Can unlock the current temperature by pressing LOOK/ degree /℉ button for 3 seconds again when temperature locking.
